Mr. Firestone serves as the Chairman of the Board, CEO & President of IPC Beverage Group Inc. dba: EnergIce and is one of the Co-Founders. Mr. Firestone has been in the securities industry for the past 30 years and been primarily responsible for business development and building new businesses. He has held Managing Director positions at CLSA, Macquarie Capital, Banc of America Securities, and Executive Director at Morgan Stanley and was a Sr. Managing Partner and Principal @ Lynch, Jones & Ryan.

Thomas L. Hanley, Director

Tom Hanley is chair of Stradley Ronon’s public companies practice group. For more than 30 years he has counseled entrepreneurs, growing and established companies, senior management, Boards of Directors and investors on a wide range of legal and business issues, including corporate finance, M&A, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, shareholder engagement, risk management and litigation. He advises public and private companies in their critical business relationships and transactions across a variety of industries and stages of development, including clients in information technology, financial services, hospitality, manufacturing, telecommunications and media/entertainment.

Tom has extensive experience in capital-raising and M&A transactions, and has served as issuer’s or underwriter’s counsel in connection with more than $9.5 billion in equity and debt issuances and as acquirer’s or seller’s counsel in M&A transactions valued at more than $14 billion.

Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, his experience includes serving as the co-chair of the U.S. securities practice of one of the world’s largest law firms.

Tom holds a B.A. degree from the University of Virginia, an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from The College of William and Mary, Marshall-Wythe School of Law.

Dave Howard, Director

As CEO of Brightline, Dave is responsible for all aspects of the only privately owned and operated passenger rail business in the country, including all operational functions and the guest experience.

He is a renowned executive with more than 20 years’ experience leading the business operations of best-in-class venues and Major League sports organizations. He has played key leadership roles in the development and hospitality-focused operation of new or substantially rebuilt legendary facilities, with experience spanning MLB, NBA, NHL, WNBA, AHL, NBADL and MiLB operations.

Dave was President of MSG Sports where he ran the business operations of the New York Knicks, Rangers, Liberty and the Garden’s NCAA Basketball and other world-class sports events. He was President during the third and final construction phase and the grand reopening of the Transformed Madison Square Garden. Prior to MSG, Dave ran the business operations of the New York Mets, where he worked for more than two decades and was the lead business executive in the design, development, launch and operation of Citi Field.

Prior to joining the Brightline team, Dave was the Co-Founder and Principal in Howard & Sergi, LLC, where he consulted and advised team owners and senior executives on guest experience-related strategic planning, design, contracting, organizational structure and operations.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Dartmouth College and received his law degree from Fordham Law School. Dave has a combination of impressive business accomplishments with a heart for hospitality and care in the guest experience. He lives by the motto that the right relationship is everything, and he strives to achieve that lofty standard in all he does.

Dave has been married to his high school sweetheart Nancy for 31 years, and they are enjoying watching their four children begin their own careers.

Brent Montgomery, Director

Brent Montgomery is CEO of ITV America, with oversight of ITV’s US portfolio, including ITV Entertainment, Leftfield Pictures, Sirens Media, Outpost Entertainment, Loud TV, Riot Creative, Thinkfactory Media, High Noon Entertainment, DiGa and Gurney Productions. As the largest independent producer of non-scripted content in the US, ITV America produces more than 800 hours of content and 100 programs, working in partnership with more than 40 networks.

Montgomery began his career in unscripted television with stints on such series as The Bachelor, Wife Swap and Blind Date. His company, Leftfield Pictures, sold its first series (The Principal’s Office) in 2008 and grew rapidly, adding myriad series and hundreds of programming hours to its roster, including the industry-defining franchise Pawn Stars. In 2013, at a time when most production-company owners were selling their companies, Montgomery completed the first debt-financing, TV production-company acquisition in the US, purchasing Sirens Media. Soon after, he created and launched Loud TV and Outpost Entertainment, selling what had then become the Leftfield Entertainment group to ITV in 2014. Since then, the Leftfield companies have secured more than 30 new commissions such as Alone, Blood, Sweat and Heels, Cutting It: in the ATL, and specials Billy the Kid: The New Evidence and Brain Surgery Live. Other hits include The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Tiny House Nation, Forged in Fire, and the upcoming series Food Porn and American Grit with John Cena.

Leland Hart, Director

Mr. Hart serves as Chief Investment Officer for Wheelhouse Group LLC, a Connecticut-based investment platform with a focus on media and consumer-facing investments.

Previously Mr. Hart was head of the Bank Loans team and Co-head of the Infrastructure Debt Group at BlackRock, having joined through their acquisition of R3 Capital Partners in 2009. He was a Partner and Head of Europe Leveraged Loans at R3 Capital Partners. Previously, he spent eight years with Lehman Brothers, most recently as a Managing Director in Leveraged Capital Markets focused on the origination, structuring, and distribution of leveraged loans, mezzanine debt, high yield bonds, and equity-linked securities. Earlier, he was in the firm’s Leveraged Finance Group. Before joining Lehman Brothers, he was with Bank of America’s High Yield Group and the Private Placement Group of Continental Bank, a predecessor firm.

Mr. Hart earned a BA degree, cum laude, from Middlebury College in 1991 and an MBA degree from the University of Chicago in 1997.
